Our ladies classes run in a women only room, taught at a pace that respects where you are starting from. You do not need fitness experience. You do not need to have trained before. Most women who walk in for their first class have neither.
Every session covers real self-defense technique alongside strength and conditioning work. You will learn how to use body position and technique to control someone bigger and stronger than you. These are skills you keep. They do not disappear once the class ends.
C.O.D.E runs through every class. Confidence looks like tapping out of a live roll and getting back up to try again. Objectives means leaving with one thing you can now do that you could not do last week. Discipline is choosing the mat on a day you do not feel like training. Excellence is refining a technique until it actually works, not winning against the woman next to you.
There is no pressure to compete and no requirement to train with men. The room stays women only, and the pace stays yours.
A stronger grip, a calmer response under pressure, and a small group of women who show up for the same reason you do.
