Our Ladies Only Jiu-Jitsu classes are our official self-defense program for women which will provide you with the physical and psychological tools to defend yourself against the most common threats against women – taught by female instructors in an exclusive ladies only training facility.

You will learn the physical and psychological tools to defend yourself against the most common threats against women. In addition to that, you will also gain friendships, a sense of belonging, higher self-esteem and confidence, discipline, character development, and improved physical health and well-being.
No. We teach self defense as a life skill and not a sport, therefore training is at your own pace and is focused on you learning and understanding the techniques, its principles, and application in realistic self defense situations – with no judge, rules, timer, or someone to help you.
Our private classes are upon request only so if interested, let us know.
Yes, our ladies-only area is secluded. It was specially designed with privacy in mind, providing a comfortable and secure environment where women can train without distractions. We understand the importance of a dedicated space for women to focus on their training and feel at ease.
