LADIES KICKBOXING AND MUAY THAI
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Our ladies only Kickboxing and Muay thai classes provide you with basic techniques and skills of the arts of Muay thai and Kickboxing. You will learn how to punch, elbow and knee, and kick, how to keep your balance, and increase your speed, power, and reflexes. The training includes, warm-up, learning techniques, and stretching.
This class is open to teens and adults, and is taught by experienced female coaches. Training is non-competitive so beginner students do not spar, nor are they expected to compete.

Safety is a number one priority which is why we do not allow our beginner students to spar in this program and we ensure that they have their pads and safety gear on when necessary.
No. At our academy, we teach self defense as a life skill and not a sport therefore training is at your own pace and focuses on learning and understanding the techniques, its principles, and application in self defense scenarios – with no judge, rules, timer, or someone to help you.

All you will need is your normal training kit, that is, shorts, t-shirt, etc. All training gear is available for sale in the academy.
Yes, our ladies-only area is secluded. It was specially designed with privacy in mind, providing a comfortable and secure environment where women can train without distractions. We understand the importance of a dedicated space for women to focus on their training and feel at ease.
